Combat to Me

Where are the tough-girl "soles" in this world? Literally. Accentuate your feet with the soles of combat boots. Sometimes we need a break from cutesy outfits and diamonds and all that jazz. You don't have to dress like an androgynous person to rock these boots! These shoes can be used to accent your girlish pieces. Back in the day these rough n' tough boots were woolly socks flannel worthy, now they're tights and floral worthy. You don't have to feel obligated to wear jeans and a leather jacket with your combat boots. Mix it up and don't be afraid to wear them with dresses and skirts of all types. Do something different and pair your combat boots with a maxi dress or if you're feeling those military vibes wear some skinnies and a green jacket with leather sleeves. Feeling hipster? How about some high waisted shorts with black tights and a baggy sweater. If you're still feeling those flannel roots there is nothing wrong with the classic look of a flannel and  a beanie.

Not only are combat boots cute, but they are extremely sustainable and comfy- which is an added plus to looking great. These boots are just as important in the fashion world and they are in military training!

The top left buckled boots are Lucky Brand and can be found at Nordstrom. The bottom left old school lace up shoes are Shi Ryder and can be found at Journey's.
